I spotted the marker on the loco and thought, why is it on the head end.
But it's not the head end, it's the rear end.
Context clues.

I agree, I wonder who will think its a close call. I got DPU clue straight away!

Actually I didn't notice the DPU until you guys mentioned it. The fact that the ditch lights weren't on was what clue'd me in. In most engines, even if the lights are switched off, I believe they will come on when the horn is sounded.
