What's the deal with this group of locos?

This group of locomotive's are most likely leased out to the CPR but are currently not being used for service. There are other Class 1's that have other leasing companies locomotive in storage all across North America.

I know CP has put a big portion of these back in service on the DM&E and IC&E territory, so I was wondering if this group will also come back out.
