Sweet shot, Jeff! The colors and shadows accent this photo nicely and give it a mysterious feel. MG Tower is a unique PRR structure and I'm glad to see it's still standing in 2010 even though it's closed. Would anyone dare make a guess at how many trains -- both steam and diesel powered -- has rolled past this classic tower since it was built?

Nice photo! Ditto to the previous comments. I sure do wish MG tower could speak....just think of the stories she could tell! Can you imagine working for the Pennsy at this secluded tower for an 8 hour shift back in the 1940's watching k4's, J1's, I1's, etc pass by?
