wow, I never would have thought the hatch was for standing on. I think he needs a truck like a lot of the rest of us use to shoot from.

Interesting photo, FJ, which reminds me of the late Emery Gulash of Dearborn, Michigan. Emery was very serious when it came to shooting his wonderful movies and slides! He used a Chevy Suburban and I've seen photos of him standing on top of it with his tripod and movie camera, and of course, an SLR camera that always hung around his neck! For easier and safer access to the roof, Emery simply installed a ladder in the back! Thanks to Emery's efforts and generousity, we can revisit the 60's, 70's and 80's through the many fine books and DVDs that are still available.
