I have heard of steam loco engineers cooking food on the firebox but this is the first time I have actually seen it. Great set of steam photos from Turkey!

A lot of people don't know that flat iron steaks were originally invented to be cooked on a steam locomotive shovel. Glad to see this odd little piece of history is alive and well!

The food looks good! You might as well put that firebox heat to use instead of wasting it. Sure wish I could find an outdoor grill shaped like a 2-10-0 steam locomotive to cook my food on!
