The coach in this photo is a Canadian-built version of the prewar Osgood Bradley (Pullman-Standard) "American Flyer" lightweight cars built for the New Haven, Boston & Maine, Bangor & Aroostook, Seaboard Air Line and the Cotton Belt. Called "Canadian Flyers" by railfans, they have the same, curved-sided body contour and roof line, but don't feature the paired-window pattern of the domestic cars. Also, the Canadian cars utilize six-wheel trucks, as seen in the photo, instead of the four-wheel trucks supplied by Pullman.
