Is the station dual gauge?

No the station is standard gauge. I don't know why there is a third rail installed!

Hi Andy, Felix is correct, I checked it today for what purpose it is but couldn't get an answer. The third rail is along the middle of the plattforms only (about a train length long) and are fixed to every second tie.
