Bureaucracy at work. The process of abatement will cause more fibers to become airborne than just leaving it alone. Is this Gov't stimulus money at work?

I am with Mitch on this one. Let us have these fibers removed under supervision and tight cover. If stimulus money will get a few of these monsters restored, well why not do it. Yes we do have to balance the budget some day but not on the backs of railfans.
