James, congratulations on your 1500th photo, even better that it is a Rio Grande, also my favorite. I too hope to see 3011 restored. Rumor has it the CRRM is getting a tunnel motor as well. Cheers.

Funny how you can look at something and feel it's modern and then realize it's 50 years old! Anyway, the GP30's rounded cab roof and top bulge I always thought looked really good, muscular and yes, MODERN! Thanks for showing us a behind-the-roundhouse surprise Jim. Congrats on the 1,500.
