How many trains did the P&W see a day back in 95' ? Great Photo.

I'm having a hard time figuring out where this picture was taken. Obviously the signal bridge is long gone, but is this the stretch between Carrie and Glenwood where they store all those Coke Express cars now?

John - You are correct. It is between Glenwood and Rankin. The Highlands signal was the only intermediate signal between Glenwood Junction and CP-9Y. It was located about 1/4 mile east of the Homestead High-Level Bridge.
