Posted by Jeff Sell on July 23, 2010  Very nice photo! What's the purpose of the orange rail in the middle of the adjacent rail line (electrical third rail)? It almost looks like large size Lionel toy train track. Posted by andy parr on July 24, 2010  That is a new section of rail waiting to be used.
