The PAL'S mentality has always been M.O.W. during the daylight and revenue after dark. The most backwards railroad scenario I've ever encountered. What I love about this picture is that it may be the only picture I've ever seen of the main through Cecilia before our siding was moved up parallel with the main. You keep digging up these neat shots from yesteryear and I for one am glad you do.
