Thank you, Georg, for your wonderful photographs of this momentous event. Prior to the restoration of the track reaching Furka I had the pleasure of briefly working on the track bed at about this point during a holiday in Andermatt and have followed the progress of this giant task since. It is time for me to return to CH.
