Posted by Robert Jittler on September 2, 2010  I thought the M&ET no longer allowed railfans on the property even if they ask for permission first? This is what was reported when the first new M&ET gen-set units were "detarped" enroute to Modesto. Has the policy been relaxed a bit now?
