That company might want to change its name, the acronym is bad: SLUT, not very suitable for a public transportation enterprise!

The "company" was a government agency, and thus lacked the vision necessary to see that naming the line "South Lake Union Trolley" would immediately morph in to SLUT. Only after the name was revealed and the guffaws settled down, did it get renamed to "South Lake Union Streetcar". Not surprisingly, it's still referred to by it's original moniker by locals.

For the record, it was always "Seattle Streetcar" or "South Lake Union Streetcar". Those that opposed the project called it the South Lake Union Trolley so it'd spell out the acronym.
