The Chessie painted super dome, this being a Cincinnati bound excursion, and the way the second whistle that was blown by the fireman is positioned all give this away as a 1984 excursion that was part of that year's NRHS convention which was held in Cincinnati.
And for the curious out there, the second whistle was a Pennsy 3 chime.
