601 is not a crew car. It is a cab car/tool/crew car. The RL1 and 601 run as a push/pull set. The wire train crew operated from the RL-1 #61 from Wayne car shop to West Trenton. The engineer will operate from the 601 using the cab car controls from West Trenton back to Wayne Car shop where the wire train is based.
