The SD45s are Burlington property as well, note the single line of copy (Burlington) on the equipment door under the cab. They wear a pre-merger version of the Cascade Green paint scheme later adapted to a BN standard. Burlington also had GE U23Cs delivered in this scheme. Along with the Q (locomotives, freight cars), the GN (passenger cars) and NP (cabooses) also experimented with the new green prior to the merger.

Fantastic photo - always enjoy seeing that BN proto-design paint scheme in action. One note: this is actually an eastbound train, just coming off the Fort Wright wye (SP&S trains traverse the turnout in the foreground, the south leg of the wye), about to cross the epic Ft Wright bridge over the Spokane River.
