It sure would be neat to see and hear one of these ladies in action! Too bad none were saved for future generations to see because it sure would be neat to see what 115,800 pounds of tractive force looks like! FYI...the book 'Pennsy Power' by A. Staufer shows these same locomotives (dead) in the same area on October 30, 1954. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for posting this very rare historic shot. The Q2,s really had a kick ass look about them,and photos are few and far between. Best regards.
