For those of us that are into model railroading. "There is a prototype for everything". Jim's wonderful photo, has something I have never seen before. Please note that the retaining wall at the right edge of this photo has been repaired with "New cut stone" matching the Old stone that the wall was built with. Railroads rarely go to the trouble to do the job right ! I hope that Jim walked some distance for this photo, as the new stone work would be a target for the "spray can artists" if it's easy for them to get access to. Very nice work Mr. Johnston.
