Actually, that's a westbound train. No hills on the South side of the Spokane Valley right of way. Also - location should be Newman Lake, WA. Stateline, WA is actually on the old WWV on the WA/OR border, and Stateline, ID was a siding on the Spokane International 3 miles to the S. Great photo, though!
