The GE E-60's were great - it's those Bachmans with the sagging frames you have to worry about, lol. Another nice catch, Don!

Yes, vandalism was a problem. This was before the days when the FRA mandated stronger glazing. I think this was an old NH practice that Amtrak picked up.
