Another great one, Chuck! The Ottawa Valley lines have been dying a slow death for two decades, and it would seem the recession was the final nail in the coffin. I recall seeing the CN RS-18's at Agincourt Yard around the same time, a number being on lease to CP. Seemed there was little CP wouldn't lease.
