If my memory is correct the 6525 was a regular assigned engine at Sanducky Ohio when i hired out is Newark Ohio in 1972 also think it was used between Newark and willard or on trains needinng extra power, this was back in B&O operational days. was a fireman at the time but remember that 6525 from some where. mis the Chessie Cat.\ also am wondering is the GP 30 it is coupled to is not a former C&O engine? most of the C&O GP 30's wer numbered 3000 just an "ole" engineers retired thoughts!

In fact, 3016 (GP30) was built for the D&RGW, There is also a picture on the front cover of an Issue of TRAINS magazine, with 3016 in D&RGW colors, outside of Salt Lake City, Utah!
