I photographed some GO Transit and VIA from this spot a few years ago. There are much more weeds here now - can hardly see that second track next to VIA in your shot!

The track adjacent to the active track has been taken out of service due to construction at the West Toronto Diamond Grade Separation Project. Same if you look on the other set of tracks on the GO/Metrolinx Galt Sub, west track is active while east track is out of service. Thanks for the comment!
