Posted by Dave Redmann on February 20, 2022  Apparently this was at least near, and probably after, the end of Hillyer Edwards Fuller, Inc.; the Louisiana Secretary of State's records say the company filed for dissolution on November 3, 1939 and was dissolved December 30, 1941.
