Funny... when we were riding the excursion to Walcott this is the same bridge that our train went over. The conductor came through the train before crossing the bridge and announced "No Photography of the Government Bridge!" and he wasn't kidding. I asked why, and he said that they were instructed to announce this due to concerns of "terrorism". But I knew, and your photo proves it, that it is perfectly permissible and within the rights of all photographers to photograph anything that can be seen from a public location.
