A very nice looking locomotive, but it is not a GP38-2, but rather a rebuilt GP7 or GP9. It has the long hood features of a Caterpillar re-powering, such as those done by Generation II for Soo Line and Red River Valley & Western.

This is a GP22ECO. It was originally CP 1637, before being "repowered" with a V8 710G3A prime mover and becoming EMDX 7102.
