Geez law enforcement chasing the wrong suspects. It must be the connection between ethanol, 911 and a man with a camera. I hope the apology was sincere.

Let's hope you stand up for your rights, it's ridiculous that you got hassled while railfanning unless you were trespassing when you took that picture.

Great story, Charles...but why did it take them two days? I mean if they really thought you were a threat, that's a ridiculous response time. And if they knew you weren't, why bother at all?? Oy.

The Jersey rail in front of me is separating the tracks from a public street. I was on the street.

Is the road to Watson Yard a public road? I have seen too many blown tires on that road to go down it again.
