Posted by Quinn Clegg on November 15, 2011  Those were great times along the old Rio Grande in the late 1980's and 1990's to have both Rio Grande and Southern Pacific Power working together,I sure loved it. Indeed,It was a welcome sight to Southern Pacific Locomotives in the local area around Provo.
