THE SINGLE MOST AMAZING SHOT EVER POSTED ON RAILPICTURES.NET......Jim, my friend, this is stunning beyond my power of language. Thanks so much for digging it out and sharing.
PCA from me James. Terrific storyline! This picture has a spooky feel to it.
The big questions, James, are ... How did you post over 2500 other photos before you posted this one? And what else have you not yet shown us?
Stay tuned, Craig. I have a new Plustek Opticfilm 7600i scanner, and I know how to use it!
I'm with Craig, James. I can hardly wait! Wow..PCA here too

It would be necessary to look up the specific weather records for that day in SLC, but I would bet money you were very close to an F0 tornado. That sky indicates just about everything that would precede a tornado!! (I've been watching too many "chasers" on the weather channel). Still the photo is worth its weight in gold for the storm lighting and the value of the historical background.

Great shot James! Congrats on the well deserved PotW

Absolutely incredible lighting and execution! At first glance I thought this was a night photo. I'm glad you were in the right place at the right time and took advantage of the opportunity so that we could all experience it too to some degree.

There's storm light and then there's STORM light. Great capture James. You were there, right place, right time.
