ANOTHER blow to "Quality of life" in the name of supposed "Progress." The grilled salmon and cod fillets for lunch / dinner and the fresh morning pancakes that came out of this tiny galley were truly superb and added much to the overall enjoyment of a trip on this remarkable little train. Hopefully the "microwave "experiment" will be short -lived, perhaps ONLY used for the "other than summer" service.
