I will contact the Helper Fire department and find out of they still have that FWD truck. Helper City hosts a wonderful nighttime 'electric light parade' during the Christmas season and the FWD pumper would be a shoe in for sure. I've never noticed that particular location for "water intake" and always thought it was direct to the underframe water tank.
