Posted by Moss Miller on January 16, 2012  Anthony, I saw NS SD70ACe #1023 in Spartanburg on July eleventh. It was the lead loco of a five engine consist leading a mixed freight north toward Charlotte. The horn was so loud I about fell over! And I agree that they are extremely intimidating!
