Congratulations Zach, this has got be a one-in-a-million experience. Not only are they all moving, they are all moving in the same direction, and each locomotive consist is of pure "home road" power. We appreciate your persistance. Now, imagine if they were all brand-new units!

This is a great spot to watch from. I've been there several times, but NEVER witnessed 2 trains there at once, much less 3!!! Great shot, glad to a spectacular local pic!

Just to the right of this pic on the map is an old turn table. Anybody know who this was used by? Looks like the old sheds were transformed into some kind of building.

The roundhouse to the right of the frame is the former Kansas City Terminal roundhouse. It is now an office complex. The turntable and some garden tracks are still in place. There is a Kansas City Southern passenger car on display on the turntable. I believe it is an RPO. No part of the complex is still used for railroad purposes.

Nice to see old fashioned photography and patience still plays a part in RR photography. These days some would simply use adobe to create that shot. Well done Zach.
