From the previous comment - I was thinking the same thing about the second car behind the tender....looks like someone kit-bashed a gondola and a steam locomotive tender together. Surplus parts sometimes found interesting duties in an after life!

The third car back is a tender car for a steam powered wrecking crane such as T&P 4 with the crane following it and then the boom car.
