Had the honor of coming into town on the Cardinal 50 in 2010. The station is an amazing site, one certain to please and amaze everyone. My dad arrived in this station during as a senior in high school for a school trip and told me how amazed he was then. The difference, he came into the station powered by steam. Hard to believe such amazing structures were constructed, but it comes from a time that much folks placed more pride into its looks and were inspired by the function it served.

Great shot, haven't been there since the early '60s. Anyone have any shots of the time in '53 when the GG-1 dove into the basement?
