I like the postings that George sends to Rail Pictures because of the many antique locomotives that have been preserved. I think that there is a small problem with the stated wheel count on this one ! There are (0-4-0) and (0-6-0) types but just how would an (0-3-0) manage to stay on the rails. I would be the first to admit to the accidental typo from time to time, so great photographers are allowed a typo as well. This looks like a full size LGB loco.

I do not know about an 0-3-0 loco, but I supplied parts for a company to build 0-1-0. And they worked because I had to test one or two. (they were not unicyles either)
