It is always a sight to see helper units working with the leading engines to pull a heavy load over the pass. I was working with a welder, cutting old ribbon steel on the pass, dusk was approaching and a train came through our working area. The light was dark enough that we could see the engines using sand for traction with some sparks flying. The helper units were not far behind, creating a sight I'll never forget. Anyone close to this pass who loves trains, can witness something really awesome! Nice pic Jason! Keep 'em comin'!
