The lead #1809 has twin stop sign shaped decals on either side of the headlights indicating (something) not for sale. I wonder if this has anything to do with the cessation of passenger service.

The signs say "Ontario Northland NOT for sale" and below "www.developingthenorth.com" which is the website of the General Chairpersons Association representing the "interests of the unionized employees and their families at Ontario Northland".
