Thanks for bringing back good memories. Living in central KY, I was treated to the C&O and L&N diamond in our town. The C&O was abandoned shortly after CSX took over. The C&O emblem/logo is still my favorite of all of them.

The C & O went East - West. The L & N went North - South. So the town had to be Winchester, Kentucky. An L & N branch went West to Lexington, Ky. At Patio yard (L&N). The E K Sub went East to Hazard, Ky.
