I lived in The Salinas Valley growing up, then lived most of my adult life and raised my family in the Santa Clara Valley. This sure doesn't look like any 'Daylight' I ever saw. Usually, not hauled by a locomotive in the freight class. Somehow I think perhaps the 'remarks & notes' do not fit into this picture, but love the picture. I grew up in SP country. Thank you for sharing this with us Drew. Very good quality for a photo that old.
