Beautifully portrays that biting edge of bone-chilling COLD ! A definite vote for PCA. I imagine that solitary car attendant can't wait to get back inside his "toasty" steam heated dome coach, but then, railroading (even passenger railroading) has NEVER been "a fair weather job."

PCA from me, too, Bob, ... a wonderful and dramatic photo. Sub-freezing temperatures, a "name train", and a hot steam line keeping a wintertime scene alive and well.
