Why is that signal green? Should be red.

Even though the signal was closer to the shared Soo/CNW track it actually belonged to the Milwaukee Road who's track is to the right in the picture. It was a train order signal and was probably set back away from the Milwaukee tracks a bit due to the tight curve so it would be easier to see from a distance.
