Posted by John Simpkins-Camp on March 11, 2013  Nice photo. Does anyone know the function of the blue-beacons each with two bull-horns pointed toward the track? Could they possibly have anything to do with Positive Train Control (see the two loop antennas on the wood pole at far right)?
