Removed? Probably stolen by other rail buffs over the years.

Thanks for posting. I have many fond memories of 2402 when it was one of our trim and hump engines at Queensgate Yard in Cincinnati.

CSX needs to get this SD20-2 back up in order, mean really, they are using SD40's to do what this could do somewhere. The B30-7 would be a good parts source for TTI or maybe some tourist railroad. But really cool to see two engines basically not touched for 5 years, I wonder if CSX even realizes where they are.

There was a privately run railroad "school" at this location and these were used by the school. They are not owned by CSX any longer.

Who owns them now, and can we get different angles of the units?
Posted by Jared Steele on March 26, 2013
@AlabamaRailfan-honestly, I am not sure who owns them. CSX retired them back in 2006 if I remember correctly, so they don't own them anymore, and they bear no new reporting marks. Plus, the Industrial Park doesn't use them. As for angles go, this is really the only good angle you can get of them. On the left is a large light pole that gets in your way, and to the right is a line of trees.

@Brian Woodcock-I'm 100% sure it does. I wouldn't make up a town name. Google maps shows it being right where it's supposed to...

Yes the town name is Essington Pa. Look for coaches bar & grill.
