I enjoy the moodiness of this image. From just the thumbnail I could sense that this was the Norfolk and Western. I like the illuminated number-boards without the blazing headlamps; it adds to the image of slumbering coal drags catching a rest before completing the trip to Norfolk. And all these Eastbound engines are running long-hood forward in true N&W fashion! A great photo!
