TTI is still all GE powered, but the last time that I was there I only saw one U28B. The rest of the U28Bs had been cut into two pieces and trucked to the scrap yard in Ashland, Ky. I actually passed one of them on I-64 being hauled on two low boy trailers, minus their trucks and fuel tank and with the end plates cut off below the draft gear pocket.
