A sight for sore Swiss eyes - can you tell us more about this set?

Four of this electric 5 car trainset were built in 1961 by the swiss industry (SIG and MFO), capable for the four different electric systems of Europe. With a max. velocity of 160 km p.h. they ran between Zürich and Milan, Milan and Paris, later Zürich-Bruxelles and Zürich Amsterdam in the Trans Europ Express system. In 1966 a sixth car was added and in 1967 a fifth trainset was built. # 1053 is running for SBB Historic since 2003, you can find several other pictures of the train with click to the number 1053.
