Looks like some new CSX ones and a white KCS or P&W rack behind those.

They are both CSX and KCS. They've put out quite a few of either as of late.

I have seen a couple of the new CSX racks, but have yet to have the pleasure of a KCS rack looking forward to it.

The white PW autoracks are not new. They are repaints.
